The Secretariat of ZINGO is headed by the Executive Secretary.

He oversees and directs activities of the Secretariat, in accordance with the Strategic Plan, giving guidance on policies of ZINGO as required by the Board of Trustees and National Conference. The Executive Secretary is assisted by a team as follows:

The Finance & Administration Manager: His is in-charge of finance as well as administration and advises the Executive Secretary and the Secretariat team accordingly.

The Behavioral Change and Communication Specialist: Leads the strategic development of ZINGO’s Behavior Change and Prevention Programme. He ensures effective implementation of organizational project activities at provincial, district and community levels.

The Orphans & Vulnerable Children (OVC) Specialist: Leads the strategic development of ZINGO’s Orphans and Vulnerable Children Programme and also ensures the effective implementation of organizational project activities at provincial, district and community levels.

In addition, there are other technical and professional staff who help with the day to day running of the organization.
